You must create an account to use FindGrant. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

3.3 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legitimate nonprofit organization or be authorized to act on behalf of such an organization to use FindGrant.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

FindGrant offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code

You retain ownership of any content you submit to FindGrant (such as organization profiles, search queries, and notes). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process this content to provide our services.

6.3 Grant Information

Grant and funder information provided through FindGrant is aggregated from public sources and third-party data providers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of this information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FindGrant is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Grant information is complete, accurate, or up-to-date
• Use of the platform will result in securing funding
• Any defects or errors will be corrected

FindGrant is a research tool and does not guarantee funding outcomes. Success in securing grants depends on many factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindGrant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or funding opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FindGrant, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content or information provided to the platform

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

10.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. We may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
